Role of AgriSourceGlobal Consult Ltd
AgriSourceGlobal Consult Ltd provides professional recruitment, deployment, workforce management, and performance monitoring services for agricultural projects, farms, and agribusiness organisations within and outside Nigeria.
Management & Commission Fee
For every agricultural professional recruited, deployed, and managed through AgriSourceGlobal Consult Ltd, the client agrees to pay a management and consultancy fee equivalent to seven percent (7%) of the employee’s agreed monthly salary.
Employment Relationship
All agricultural professionals deployed through AgriSourceGlobal Consult Ltd remain under the direct employment of the client (employer). AgriSourceGlobal Consult Ltd acts as a management and consultancy intermediary.
Limitation of Guarantee
AgriSourceGlobal Consult Ltd does not guarantee continuous employment but commits to professional recruitment, transparent deployment processes, and diligent performance monitoring.
